Rob Fairless: I would like everyone to know that I asked Chris to do a “different” type of interview with us. I had the opportunity to speak with Chris on a couple of occasions before this show and I really got to know him better than most guests that we’ve had. I wanted to do a more personal type of show because I consider Chris not just an aquaintance but a friend now. So that’s why I thought a more laid back phone conversation between two friends would be more appropriate. This episode is more than a show. It’s real. On behalf of Randy Ashby, I (Rob Fairless) want to personally thank Chris for being so kind as to doing this interview. You’re the best. Now for a little background on Chris Caracci.

Chris has over thirty years of combined military and law enforcement experience and is internationally renowned as a specialist in conflict resolution. His foundation began with a six year commitment in the U.S. Navy as an operator with both SEAL Teams One and Six. After military service , Chris served for 10 years as a sworn tactical officer working in New York, New Jersey, and South Florida. He specialized in SWAT and narcotics enforcement. As a police officer and later privately, Chris was “loaned” to several Federal agencies as a consultant, operative, and trainer.
Drawing from his experience, Chris has developed practical designs to match his tactics. He has designed equipment for law enforcement professionals, military combat units, and the entertainment industry. Chris has instructed operators and officers around the world in his combative techniques.
Today he splits his time between executive protection and private training, often moving from one to the other on very short notice. He also maintains and operates an animal sanctuary where he rescues wolves and wolf-dogs. Chris remains the tip of the spear in forging both unconventional tactics and furthering proven method, as well as in bringing his supportive equipment concepts to light.
His edged weapons designs have been brought to life by companies like Benchmade and GG&G, as well as knife making masters like Ernie Emerson and Al Mar. Additionally, his equipment, tactics, and philosophies are the subject of an unscripted television show currently in development.
Chris has beena part of the entertainment community for two decades, creating several top physical conditioning and tactical training videos. He has been featured on the Discovery Channel and National Geographic, including in a fFight Science episode where he remained combat effective during and after being tased. Chris brings to the table an unprecedented view of real world combative solutions. You can find THE 25TH HOUR RADIO SHOW on Facebook. If you do, give us a “Like”. You know why? Because we like you. That seemed to set the stage for the career that led him to be a household name in the heartland of the United States.
